Hard to say who’s cuter…
I lived in Cuernavaca as a teenager for four months, speak Spanish and have been back to Mexico many times since. I love Mexico City. Lucky you!
Hi Joy,
I am a visual artist, painter contemplainting the crazy idea of moving to Mexico city. I am interested in getting my masters and i want to bring my pets with me.
I have so many questions but one of main big ones are. How are the veternarians in Mexico city? can you get really good dog food (the organic kind) or specialty kinds there? Is your dog happy in Mexico? People actually walk their dogs like normal over there or are there a bunch of strays running around.
My other questions are art colleges related in where can I get my masters with my BFA from the Corcoran.
In any event, your blog is awesome. I love the coayacan near Frida Kahlo’s house area to live, but my pets are one of my biggest priorities and if it’s not a good situation my dream of moving over there is out.

Hi there, I don’t live in Mexico anymore and because Mexico City is so big, I really couldn’t tell you about art schools near Coyoacan, etc. I encourage you to reach out to people who live in Mexico City for these answers.
